I first went to Triple T's a few years ago when I bought a Stihl weed eater and some accessories. and I was very pleased with my purchase and the entire experience. The second time was recently when my push mower died on me, and I took it to them to have it repaired. They kept it for a week and a half and charged me $90. The invoice only had the total amount on it, no description of what was done, or break down of charges, or anything. They did put on a new blade, so I'm guessing the total for the repair was probably about $75-$80. When I got home, the mower would start (after several pulls) but it ran really rough and kept dying on me, which made it impossible to cut the grass. I then took it to Valley Air Cooled Engines in Alexandria. They called me the VERY NEXT DAY to tell me it was ready. They only charged me $31, and the invoice had a detailed description of what was done, and an itemized breakdown of the charges. When I got it home this time, it cranked on the first pull and ran like a champ. I cut the entire yard with no problems whatsoever. So, bottom line on Triple T's, 5 stars for sales, 1 star for their maintenance dept, hence the 3 star rating. If you are looking to purchase new equipment, then Triple T's would be a good place to go. If you need parts, service, or repairs, go to Valley Air Cooled Engines.

I needed a lawn mower and I called everyone looking for something that would benefit me not what the salesperson wanted me to have. I called Triple T Turf, and told them what I was interested in and the process was very quick and easy. I got there and they had everything ready for me. Will do all my outdoor equipment needs with them. Awesome crew and great products. And I didn't hear, well we don't have it in stock because of covid. They had everything I needed right there !!!!I definitely recommend this place to anyone. And the Exmark's cut is amazing!!
