Pharmacy refused to issue adequate partial amount of refill for Rx . Thyroid medication which if not taken results in potentially life threatening (including depression) symptoms. For $4! They also refuse to fill Rx for 90days, limiting refills to 30 days. Explanation is "because we can't make any money if we fill it that way". I have hundreds of dollars worth of prescriptions filled here in Hancock. So, after a whole lot of back and forth nonsense was "granted" 1/2 (2 whole tablets) when I requested 4 to last until I received my Social Security Check for the month. Inexcusable.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff are available to answer any questions or concerns. Comfortable seating area while you wait for your script. Prices competitive. If the weather is crummy, have your Dr. call in the script and opt for FREE DELIVERY!

Terrible experience. Pharmacist said she could help me but didnt want to. My rights were violated. Do not trust these folks with your needs. I have post covid pneumonia and came to them with a problem they could help with and they flat out denied me my rights under the law. I ended up having to see a doctor and spent two days in unnecesary pain for something they could have easily helped with. Avoid this pharmacy. If I could give them less than one star I would. The pharmacists do not care about you. They only want your money.

I switched to The Apothecary Hancock years ago when I found their prices were better on some prescriptions than Walmart’s $4 prescriptions. It is not sll about cost (however I have found them to be very competitive), the staff is Ahhhhhhmazing. Very personalized care. Education on pharmaceuticals is great and the delivery is superb! I will not go back to a discount place. The Apothecary staff goes above & beyond for all my needs!
