Even with 911 and additive the diesel is on the brink of gelling after my truck gelled at -10 with 1/2 a tank decided to fill a clear race jug full and put the 911 and additive in it and still way too thick you guys aren’t getting your fuel mixed or are choosing not to clear picture of bad fuel frozen in the pickup on my fuel filter me and my company will not being getting fuel here anymore

This place never seems to have large straws. I was in at 5:30pm two days ago and they had none in the building. Today they were out again. Why is Kwik Trip being so stingy with this location with straws? I just want to be able to buy a Mega Buddy and drink it.

Great staff, friendly and helpful staff. Answered my questions and not only can you get fast food and grab and go groceries, you get gas, and recycle cans all in one place. Got to love the best fried chicken in the U. P.

I go in almost every other day, if not everyday because it’s my go to spot, but the last 4 days I’ve went, they’ve charged me extra EVERY TIME. First it was a Tornado, I order one, but got charged 2. It took 10 minutes for the cashier to even comprehend what was going on. Next day they said that I had gotten 2x largest coffee when it was one of the smallest. That took 5 minutes to get my money back. Yesterday I had gotten a sale chicken sandwich and was charged with 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, which was $6+ more than it should have been. Today I sent in my partner to get something and when they got home I found that they nearly charged me double for EVERYTHING. I tried calling and no one would answer and now that they have left the store, we can’t get a refund back. This is becoming borderline criminal and it’s starting to look more like a pattern rather than a coincidence. I’m very disappointed.

They waste a ton of food here. It's setup really bad. Run very poorly by corporate management. They turned a great gas station into a mess. Doesn't even have majority of Kwik trip deals on any given day. Prime example being chicken, and daily deals. But every time I go in here is a trash can of food basically thrown away daily.

They make a lot of excuses and claim they give a lot of food to feeding America from their local operations. I've found this to not be entirely accurate when calling local food banks to ask them how much they get from Kwik trip on behalf of feeding America. So if you count old donuts and what have you as nutrition vs calories they definitely donate the worst calories a human could consume im sure.

Kwik trip is really screwing up this store and hopefully after they finish the terribly stupid and wasteful remodel they get their act together.

People all standing around behind the counter only one register open. She finishes up a customer and then walks over and has to talk to the manager for a minute while people are lined up. Manager is there going through giving cashy change and it's a major distraction to all the workers. Also have company to rely on this store to grab lunch at times and the hot teas has been virtually empty. The last couple times I've stopped there and they haven't been that busy where they shouldn't be able to keep up on filling it.
