This place has THE BEST seafood. Always crisp and always fresh. Staff is always incredibly helpful and polite. My family has been going here for over 30 years getting our Xmas shrimp for everyone. It's been going on since I can remember and I'm 48 now. We continually go back simple because of the quality and quickness with crazy times and needing something and someone reliable to get it for us. If you have never visited I strongly encourage you to pay a visit and get your favorite seafood dish.

Blue bay is a great place to find fresh and frozen fish! I was looking for Cod fillets and although there were none on display, the gentleman helping me couldn’t have been happier to help and brought me some fresh fillets from the back room. The price was fair for the quality and they gave me a free lemon with my purchase. They have a small-ish selection of dips, spreads and snacks. There is also a wide selection of seafood seasonings to purchase. I will definitely come back!

I understand the necessity of selling the tail pieces, but I won’t understand the selling of two of them to yield the pound of salmon requested. $26 for two tails? C’mon!

Very nice lady helped me and they had delicious Blue Point oysters in stock that I needed in a pinch. Their homemade cocktail sauce in the deli container is also a 10/10, everyone loved it.

It's a small fresh fish market. They have a few prepared cold salads, desserts, and some ready to cook items, but there's no hot food. The price is $$$, but the fish was okay. Not as fresh as I expected with the price. Just an FYI: My grandfather, an avid fisher, told me that fresh fish does not smell. Both types of fish has a slight smell to them. But they weren't pungent. It'll give them another try.

Yay! So happy I heard about this place. Recently moved to GP from the West side and was missing my larger selection of specialty stores. It's a small store but has excellent quality for fresh fish and a decent selection at reasonable prices. Glad they carry organic salmon! There are also prepared items for entertaining (salmon spread, seafood salad - not the fake "Krab", etc...) And some other items. Friendly and fast. Will return!
