Visited The Mushroom Hub over the weekend near the same corner as Cold Truth in Detroit. Didn't get to try the food truck that features the same vegan menu from Vegfest, but I was treated to some deliciously hearty mushroom soup that's full of a variety of mushrooms, including Lion's Mane. I'd definitely go back for more.

Denis is an absolute legend when it comes to selling a quality product and the knowledge, passion, energy he possesses as an owner to back it is awesome. First time there. The young lady there was very kind, interactive and helpful. There are a nice variety of mushrooms. They appeared fresh. I just got them today and I’m preparing my dish tomorrow. They’re also mushroom assortments outside of refrigeration. I will be returning for other items. The price is really good for a lb. Thank you for the welcoming service! 🙂

Stopped in to check out this new neighborhood spot, David was very friendly introduced us to the store. Was pleasantly surprised to find a plethora of mushrooms and products to choose from as those are hard to find in Detroit. I'm really excited to regularly support this business as mushrooms are a staple in my diet as a vegan.
