Long term member here. Recent changes in the past two years and a major influx of wonderful new members has invigorated the church. Missions and small groups have grown significantly. The senior pastoral staff are excellent spiritual leaders and have demonstrated strong financial stewardship. Since separating from the UMC, they have been able to lead the church in new directions not possible two years ago.

Beautiful church, lovely welcoming greeters and staff. Choir is out of this world with unbelievable talent. Daycare/pre K is one of the best. You can find services all day on Sunday to fit whatever you may be in the mood for. Temperature is always comfortable in the church.
My daughter Monicka Roden married Jacob Brown on November 20, 2021 with over 15 bridesmaid, groomsmen and a church that looked like a florist. Butch married them in the sweetest ceremony I have ever heard! The church was packed with many friends and family and everything went perfectly! I true fairytale wedding!

A wonderful place for our meeting of the Cotton States Chapter of the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas. We had a wonderful meal in a beautiful hall with elegant furnishings. We were truly made to feel welcome.

I attended this church for 15 years and under the current leadership both clergy and lay leaders, I strongly feel it has gone in a poor way. If you are looking for an open church welcome for all this is not it. Very Vestavia classist that has pushed out poor people and lgbtq people for decades.

Just a beautiful Church with incredibly nice people. The day care has become an integral part of the community taking care of pre K kids from throughout the city. Im a little biased since my Mom has worked at the Day Care for the past 15 years.

Beautiful Church with a very family oriented congregation. The day care program here is excellent if you have young children. Staffed with a number of retired Vestavia teachers, they offer programs for all ages as well as an after school program that working parents find invaluable. Come here and worship, have a great meat & vegetable lunch, and let your little ones make new friends!

This church is very active in the community and with assistance to the poor . They provide a food distribution to needy families. They also have an educational program for children . They are also active in missionary work. They are Christianity at work.

Really enjoyed the classes at the Conservatory of the Arts. Met a lot of nice people associated with the church.
