Fresh baked cookies, brownies and cakes from traditional recipes like my grandma would have made! We found they offer twist on traditional flavors. Oatmeal chocolate chip, hummingbird cake and chocolate raspberry brownies are just some of the new favorites in this house. That is in addition to the chocolate chip, peanut butter, ginger snap, thumb print and oatmeal raisin cookies we have tried before. Made with high-quality ingredients, all of these options were very well received at our company function. Please check them out for any size order. Whether it is for a small personal order or large catering tray you will not be disappointed!

I have used Classics from Scratch many times. Anything from quick treats for home, teacher gifts or birthday treats. Classics recently helped me for a funeral tray for a special family. It included something for everyone. There were brownies, cut outs, short bread and muffins to name a few. All were delicious and the family truly appreciated it! Classics helped the elderly family member bring in all the treats and explained what was there. They truly went above and beyond. Classics from scratch is a true classic! No chemicals or preservatives! The baked goods and cakes are exceptional!

I have used this small business a few times for cookies which have been amazing. Most recently, I put in an order for both a carrot cake and two kinds of cookies. I am continually impressed with the quality of the product, the beautiful packaging, free delivery to my doorstep and a very open and positive communication with the owner about what I am looking to order and when the order will be available to me. This bakery just has impeccable presentation and service. I can not say enough positive things! Photos below are of the birthday carrot cake for my daughter’s 11th birthday! When it was time to throw a few friends their milestone birthday parties at my house this summer there was only one clear choice as to who to get my cakes from! Classics From Scratch has the absolute best carrot cake hands down and i have tried plenty over the years. I have picked up some individual slices from Village Market in Grosse Pointe Park when shopping over the past year and my husband now requests it anytime I'm there.

We have also had their key lime cake and grandmas chocolate both to die for!

They will/can deliver to your house which is super convenient. If you are doing a birthday they have cute personalized birthday banners they can add to your order if you request them to stick into the cakes. They communicated 48 hours prior to delivery to make sure we had everything correct and come pick up the pans they deliver them in when you are all done! Super friendly lovely company!

They were super friendly and made the whole experience great. They sent me a photo of the brownies prior to delivery and it was less than an hour from order to delivery! My wife loved the brownies and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
