I have been eating Better Made hot chips for years. They are so inconsistent. I will get a good bag a couple time. Then get terrible bags with no seasoning. I'm about to give up on them. Unfortunate because I love them when I actually get a decent bag.

Loved the special red hot since debut. Lately they have become very disappointing. More and more I find bags closer to plain potato chips and the flavor is inconsistent. Please go back to the original recipe with more seasoning, don't want to have to find a new chip.

Park to the left of the small building, and watch your step as you enter. Whwn you're ready, you order what you want through glass, and a nice woman gets it for you. You can also take a picture in their giant potato chip bag. Everything you buy is fresh and delicious, and the bags have fewer broken pieces. If you are worried about it, there is a security guard present to ensure your safety. Open weekdays only.

Have been a customer for years. We buy a box of 50 1 oz bags every month. For the family..
Sent emails call left messages. No response.
Every bag has chips with black spots and hard unappetizing spots. That you have to spit out.
And the chips are hard but still all broken up...
Where is the quality control...
Don't know, but it looks like some kind of black mold on some of the chips.
I'm going to throw the remainder of the box out! At least 30 bags.
Maybe need to send to the health department..

I only buy better made chips. Still at these prices. Over 50 years of loyalty. Lately the bags of chips I’ve been buying are all broke and crumbs. The last two times the chips were half burnt! I think packaging was wrong. I don’t care for the burnt chips. Both bags were purchased at Kroger 13 and gratiot store. Very disappointed!

I drove from Belleville in hopes of getting bags that had pretty whole chips. Well, that's not what I received. I have bags with ugly chips, brown/burned chips.Half the bag is broken chips. I started returning bags that have half the bag with broken chips/crumbs for a refund. And there's been quite a few. They cost a lot so why wouldn't I return them if they're not good? The chips have spots on them. Spots that I would've cut off a potato if I'd peeled them. Oh, I understand the process, but where are the QA people? I was so excited and anticipating the perfect bags because they were directly from the factory and not tossed, thrown and crushed during transport and stocking on the shelves, that I didn't realize I was overcharged. There was a special 2/6.00. I was charged 3.59/bag.
Needless to say, I will not travel from Belleville to Detroit for chips ever again.
If you buy a bag and they're brown, burned or mostly crumbs, TAKE THEM BACK TO THE STORE FOR A REFUND!!

This is a bit tricky. You’ll need the cars near the cones moved in order to have space to back in. You have to back in on a tight ramp. I’ve attached photos. As far as over night parking, no however when I got here I did see some trucks parked on the street. My appt was 4am but they don’t start until 5:30am this does give you time to try to back into the ramp. Do not open doors until backed up or you’ll end up knocking them off.

SUPER SHOCKED at this bag of white cheddar popcorn when I opened it......it's about 1/4 full.
This is my favorite kind of popcorn so now I have to spend another $2.29 because I got it for me and my dog to share.
