If you want to be treated like a kid in elementary school this place is it, they worry about the worker having a phone instead of the quality of the engines , worst management i ever experienced, absetos pipes everywhere, one broke nd they kept line running , people had covid systems nd they put everyone togther sprayed 3 hrs after incident nd kept line running, all they worry about is the numbers nd not quality, or the morale of the worker, leaking roof on parts nd engines , machine leaking oil but the managers are worried about bullying the worker, if you dont kiss managers bottom u probably will be a target for 30days off or fired . They focus on everything except creating a good product for customers , will not be surprised if this plants closes down.
