My appointment was for 2pm, but when I got the load my earliest ETA was 3:15. The broker stated they called and got the OK for the late arrival. I got rudely turned away the moment I walked in the door. The 1 star is for poor treatment of drivers, we obviously don’t matter here

My appointment was for 1 pm, I was unloaded late for the previous load, and I called to see if it was possible to arrive later, the man on the phone said that if I arrived before 3 pm, they would load me without any problems. I arrived at 2:38 and they refused to load me, cuz the docks close at 2:30pm, although there is a truck here and they are loading it now. Driving a pointless 130 miles, just unscrupulous and very immoral people who don't care about your business, to them a trucker is just cheap labor to be treated as a want.

Friendly folks. Check in is white building near sign that states: No Trucks. And docks are further to the north at the end of the complex. The turn in is near the EZ Mart.
