I will make sure that I will never ever going to comeback in this facility ever again. I check in at 2:30 pm and they load me in 48 hours ,, I had to slept all hours in their facility, my dispatch and the customer lied me that the product is ready for me but when I check in they took 48hour to load me. Worse place for pick. Please don’t come you will regret it. Once you put in dock you have no choice to take that back. This post production company they make product and load you that. They never have ready anything.

Moment you pull in and try to park, to administrative, all the way to the production floor- it’s a complete mess!

Bldg H-1 is not equipped to accommodate the overwhelming amount of new (migrants) people being brought in multiple times a week. Rudest group of people I’ve ever experienced .

Only 4 handicapped spots available. Trying to walk in that parking lot alone is a hazard. Not to mention the dings you find on your car. OR a sticker placed on your driver side window-blind spot because again, parking lot is not equipped.

Communication is the worst! Nobody speaks English. Or vice Versa. Front office chose to change my name without my consent.

Operators taking apart equipment handing it to you, then walking away. No set up charts. Don’t stick around when trying to answer their call. Majority of calls are set up issues.

Fruit flies everywhere.

This place is disastrously desperate!

Owners do not come here to pickup a load, i did wait 24 hours and still not loaded yet. I am going to cancel the load. They don't care about us drivers. It's unbelievable !!!!!

I have never had a worst experience at shipper like I did at this facility. Stay away from loading at this place. Its not a warehouse it is a production plant. I was told it is a 24 hrs drop trailer but ending up to be 48 hours. When I go inside to ask they are telling me they are slow.

Unlock the shipping door or answer when somebody rings. Disrespectful to leave drivers standing in the cold for 20 minutes then complain about the job. At least it's warm in there. 😏

This plant h5 have rude managers and supervisors, they have workers waiting for hours just to see if they need them to fill a position without pay. Very unorganized and place is not clean as they claim to be.
