Guard at check-in was pleasant and helpful. The lady at the desk was focused and kind. She actually gave me a door early since I arrived for an 0800 appointment that was actually set for 1000 EST. DOCKING was tight because of trailers dropped in front of them and discourteous trailer repair service guy but got it done. In and out in under an hour.

Great place to go if you are paid hourly and not by the mile. I've been here twice, and both times, my driver manager thought that they would unload me early. Then, as someone else posted, plan on at least taking 3 hours to get unloaded after your appointment. No parking before or after appointment time.

Forgot about me at shift change! Some docks are tight to back into. Don't go here more than an jour before your appointment and don't expect to get unloaded in less than 3 hours, some had sat 5-6 hours the day I was there. Typical food place!

Very friendly shipping and receiving. Quick unload just arrive prior to your appointment time. Docks can be a little tight for a sleeper but still doable.

The lady that checks you in looks absolutely miserable. They do have a halfway decent drivers bathroom but it took them almost 2 hours to unload my trailer. This location is not great but it's not horrible either as long as you're not in a rush.

I came in the morning with my appointment at 9. Enter is from Shaffer Ave, because you need to check with a security guard. He was very nice guy explaining me that I need to keep right and park right to security house when I enter. People in the office also very nice explaining me everything.
They start unloading me 9:30 and 10:30 I was empty. Exit Radcliff Ave, don't need to go through security again. I was at this place 4 or 5 years ago and remember this place was full of trucks. Probably I would give couple of starts at that time, but now everything went smooth, so I give all 5.
