One of the smaller Ace Hardware's I've been to but it's definitely one of the better ones. The staff are always friendly and they know their store layout very well. They always point me in the right direction no matter how obscure of an item I need.

Went in to get a fix for my zero turn front tire, young man helped me out and fixed it for me, he was eager to help and showed great character it’s good to see that these days … I have always Been shown great customer service and respect and never a bad experience at Bernards Ace Hardware thank you.

Bernard's is outstanding. They're exactly like the great neighborhood and small town hardware stores that used be ubiquitous! Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They rent tools and equipment, refill propane tanks, cut glass, etc, etc! Great variety.

3 times in the last couple days I walked into this store & was greeted with enthusiasm. Every person was extremely helpful with what was needed. Very knowledgeable, respectful & quick to get what was needed to be on my way. Hands down, this has to be one of the best Ace Hardware’s I’ve yet to be in! Thanks to all of you for your help!

This is my go-to place to get things for the house or tools to finish a project. It's more convenient than driving triple the mileage to a big box construction store. I've gotten to know most of the employees, and they are always willing to help or offer assistance. Some are pretty knowledgeable on how to fix things and generally give good
suggestions on how or what you will need to finish projects. Hats off to the owners, Charlie & and Matt, for providing a great hardware store for the Lowell citizens.

I saw this store on my way through town. I knew I needed some items they may carry so I stopped, unplanned. I was welcomed and given help locating what I was looking for and then allowed the space needed to make decisions. One of the items I purchased was 10 bags of topsoil, the gentleman immediately said he'd help load it. Great staff. Pleasant stop. Thanks guys.
