The staff there have the best customer service!
I won some great items and also sell my items too.
The best part is you can view the items before bidding on them.
Sometimes I’m greeted by the M37 Mascots Carter and Eva when I walk in.
They bring me so much joy wagging their tails and very friendly.

My favorite online auction site. I get a lot of good deals there, and the people are very friendly. The owners always remember my name, which totally amazes me. It's fun to just look even if you don't win anything.

Overall I like working with them whether using it for bidding or using it to put things up for auction. They are pretty flexible. My only qualm is that they have lost three separate things that I won in an auction: wizard of oz plates, sports cards, and salt and pepper shakers. I think they could be a bit more organized or at least make sure that they are vigilant so that others picking up items are not taking items that they didnt win. I think they are a bit too trusting that others won't steal items that don't belong to them.
