I give my full recommendation to Ausra Equipment in Dowagiac. I had a great experience buying my TYM tractor here. I worked with Dan and, even though they did not have the model I needed in stock, he was able to find one at a different dealer, and brought it over for me. The whole process took a short time and I was able to get my tractor before the end of the year, which was important to me. They delivered it timely and the person who delivered it (Jake) took the time to explain patiently and in detail how to operate the tractor, including the backhoe and the grapple. I could not have hoped for a better overall experience. Thank you.

Payton and Herb were amazing! Very happy with my TYM tractor. They beat all competition, gave me amazing price, delivered 2 days later, on a day I requested. All fluids were topped off, everything was greased and tractor was inspected one more time prior to delivery. Thank you!

Bought an L series Kubota there. Herb Gust is a good salesman and got me the deal I wanted. Not to mention the service department got the tractor from crate to delivery in less than a week. Anyone that knows how busy equipment dealers are in the spring knows that is no easy task. Thanks guys!

I bought a Branson 2505 from Herb Gust last summer in July. I talked to several dealerships and they could not beat Ausra's Price. He is a great salesmen and found the best tractor for my needs and dropped it off a few days after that. It was was really nice to have a salesman show you how to operate the tractor and cool features on it. I also had it serviced at Ausra Equipment and they did a great job. My only complaint was it was a bit pricey but Doug and his crew did an outstanding jobI have expanded my needs and just purchased another Branson 2515R from them and cant wait for it to get delivered. I would highly recommend this dealership and they shocked me with there customer service.

UPDATE 12-1-2017
Tried for two weeks to get my new tractor (50 hour) serviced with their mobile service tech., but after no contact for two weeks I took it to the local Kubota dealer. While trailering my tractor over there the steering wheel cover (cap or bezel or what ever it's called) came off and disappeared somewhere along the roadway (retraced the route and unable to locate). Apparently it snaps on, so either the 'snaps' broke or were defective inasmuch as they would not hold the thing in place. Anyway, called parts department, but they would not consider it warranty, so had to pay for the thing out of pocket. I'm disappointed that the dealer would not even offer to cover the cost or even the shipping. Wonder will fall off this tractor next? My impression -They Don't Stand Behind Their Product!!

Awesome customer service -NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looked at tractors at 1 pm, got one financed and had it delivered to my home over an hour away by 7pm!! Herb Gust is a very knowledgeable and low-pressure salesman. He basically walked through my needs, explained the options available and let me make a decision on the deal that was right for me. It was 93 degrees and humid, yet he loaded, unloaded and reloaded at least three tractors, traveled from Dowagiac to Wayland to meet me, back to Dowagiac to get the tractor I bought and then hauled it north of Grand Rapids to have it delivered by end of the day! Very much appreciated!!
