Had some issues with a Simplicity Tractor that was purchased at another dealer. Flushing lawn and tractor was recommended to me by the manufacturer since the dealer i purchased from didn’t perform any warranty work and I was unhappy. Ken here at Flushing lawn and tractor had to deal with the manufacture whom sent me to him multiple times in order to make things right, they quickly identified the issue and worked with manufacturer to get me a new engine since the other engine was damaged from the factory. These guys have forever earned my business for their ability to take of me and had outstanding customer service.
