Buyer beware! You are not buying the same quality, Chevy used to be known for.
I’m not even through the payment plan for my $100k truck & the roof is already leaking. Nothing says quality made in America, like a leaky roof. I have had this truck 4 years 46,000 miles .

Apparently its a common problem

Dealer is Quick to take your money & leave you carless, fixing workmanship isssues.
$500 just to diagnose!

Don’t get scammed , avoid Wasting your money

The truck drivers and employees driving new trucks coming out on bristol rd are reckless as hell and almost hit other drivers daily.... not to mention the constantly running red lights. Would not recommend driving around these areas during shift change

My 14' 2500HD came from this plant and it's built with pride, I can can feel it every time I take it down the road. I can't thank you all enough. This review is for dock D, hilo drivers very rude, dont give you even an eye contact if you want to ask them a question they just ignore you. I walked toward the so called shipping office which is a little bigger then a porta potty and the person inside that smaall place named Scott, he saw me aproach but no contact toward because he was busy watching a matrial action movie. After maybe 5 min of him waiting for him to finish I guess very important part of the movie then he opened that door and as usually GM lazy ones that are sitting was very rude as if its so jard for him to get out there and unload my stuff. Once he unloaded my vehicle I asked him whats his name because I couldnt read his signature again with very rude gesture he answered "its right there" and left me to figure out what should I say at report who unloaded me. Very rude, disrespectfull, no manners, no professionalism whats so ever. This is who run the GM.

Medical Assistant who was assigned to doing the drug screenings, was also very kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk too. Now I wait... 🤔
