Time and time again, service from the parts department is consistent and on point. Paul and the rest are very courteous and professional, and have gone above and beyond for me in the past. It is my view that parts is one of, if not thee most important part of an operation as far as support. Though I did not purchase my tractor from FNH, they have always been of huge help for all my needs, both maintenance and repair, even going out of their way with KTAC help. Being in the parts industry for several years myself, I know this is often what it takes. I also get great gratification in keeping customers happy, and can give testimony to just how important this is to the customer, and how far it can set a business apart from the rest. It is for these reasons that I will keep coming back.

I will never spend another single penny at this store took me over A month of wrong parts ordering to finally get the parts I needed After multiple trips from another town to the store last minute remembering I needed to buy a pin and then I wanted to pay with my company card, and the guy lost his mind gave me my card back and told me it’s fine just take it and go when I said is there a problem with the card it shook it said no just go. They had the nerve to get mad at me for wanting to use my company card for four dollar pin when I spent $30 in fuel wasted time getting the right parts that was their mistake Never again

I had a very pleasant experience with the parts staff, in particular Greg. He found what I needed and told me that it was not in stock and it would be a couple days before he could have it. A couple days was not going to work for me as I needed asap. I asked Greg for the Part Number to which he refused to give me unless I agreed to buy the part from them. He stated, "So I'm going to spoon feed you so you can go somewhere else?"

I was not very happy with this response, so I called back and ask to speak to the manager. Jim listened to my complaint and proceeded to give me a generic answer of "I'll have to use this experience as a teaching tool".

I wonder if that teaching moment will really happen or if they will brush this off as another customer that was asking for to much? I wonder what their customer service training is really like? Management must be proud of Greg for turning away future business just because, in his opinion, I wasted 10 minutes of his time.

It is businesses like this that will never contribute to our society's sense of community or lend a helping hand to people in need.
