My appointment was scheduled on 4/18/24 for 8a. I arrived the day before at 550p. I was given instructions by Ms. Laurie at the guardbooth, who was so nice. I took my paperwork to door 27. You have to either ring the bell or call the number listed, and someone will come out to get your paperwork. I was advised that they would try to get to me sooner if possible. I then parked in the alloted spaces provided.

I received a call at 1232a with a door. You have to break your seal and put it in the back of your trailer. Once you're done, they will put your bills in your trailer, or someone will bring it to you. I had bills in hand by 121a.

Got here at 230 pm, appointment was at 3 pm its 1am and just got a dock. This people don’t care. Stay away from here. They will hold you hostage. You will be good if you drop and hook trailers here. No excuse for taking this long.

Chicken quality is in the trash. Taste bland and 200° internal temp still has mushy texture. I literally can't even eat my buffalo wings, chicken is awful. How about real chicken instead of lab grown garbage.

Worst experience ever! I had a delivery here, and I’ve been stuck for over 7 HOURS because the workers are unbelievably slow and unprofessional. They don’t care about your time, and they move like they’re in no rush at all. No communication, no updates, just pure laziness. If you’re a trucker, avoid this place unless you want to waste your entire day for nothing. Absolute garbage service!

Arrived early for 2200 appointment. Sat for well over 12 hrs. Office people are nice, and yard hogs. I don't know what is going on with Tysons' other employees, but in that 12 hrs, they could put me in multiple docks that were open. Instead, they did put me in a dock at 1930 and finished 2200 my scheduled appointment. Reason saying this is not good is there more people on break and leaving then working.

Worst receiving facility in the lower 48. Sitting for 6hrs now and STILL not unloaded. 4hrs locked to dock currently with no logical explanation.
