I called a day ahead to order and pay for 4 yards of mulch to pic up at 9:00 am the next day. It even stated it on the receipt, yet when I get here it's not ready and I'm told you'll have to wait as they are filling orders for people that showed that morning. What is the use of calling ahead and getting a pick up time for your product if you're not going to have it ready?

We received a very generous 1/2 yrd of 1"-2" rock. It was also much cleaner than another place we had gotten rock from. It had rock dust on it but not actual dirt. Very helpful when I was trying to figure out how much we needed as well. I gave him the dimensions of our project and he suggested the right amount.

Terrible customer service. Told our mulch would be arriving by noon. Didn't arrive until 3pm. Never received an apology for the late arrival. Called twice and both times the gentleman on the phone was rude and dismissive. We will be taking all our future business elsewhere.
