Thought i had a live unload, turned out to be a drop and hook, got here 1 hour before appt, should be a quick easy in and out, when I go to leave, no one at guard shack, been here nearly 40 minutes just trying to leave, one truck behind me also waiting and three waiting to get in and still no one here to check anybody in or out. Pretty embarrassing

The previous reviews about the company are true. Doesn’t matter if your getting loaded or unloaded they are going to take there sweet time. Very sad from a driver stand point. 7:45am Check in assigned to Door 8 where I then remind in this door for the whole day.
It is now 2:45 and they just started loading me 20 mins ago. I then received a phone call letting me know it’s about to take them 2-3 hrs to load. Wowwww. If you see a load coming from this location and it’s not a drop and hook. Be sure to bring your breakfast,lunch, and possibly even dinner. You’re going to be here for a lonnnnnngggg time.

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm currently here, they are never on time with your appt. They make you wait out on the street and slow to load you up. Will never come here again

Waited 6.5 hours to get loaded. They don't even speak English over there. Will refuse all trips to this facility.

Slow... Checked in at 1300 to deliver load. Was put in dock at 1400. Was done at 1800. Also make sure if you are making a right turn into the truck gate you swing wiiiide left to do it. (10/31/19)

Wow, I’ve seen some horrible places but this place is awful. I arrive at 1430 for an appointment and they tell me you park on the street (which has no parking signs all over) they make me wait 3hrs just to get a door. They finally unload me in roughly 3hrs. They give me my bills and I make my way to guard shack where to my surprise no one is present. Yep you read that right, not one person is there. I called the shipping office and they said they will send someone out. It’s been 30 more minutes and I’m still waiting to get let out. Meanwhile my clock is counting down and I doubt I’ll make it to my appointment now.

Save yourself the head ache and don’t come here. These people couldn’t care less about their job.
