Arrived the night before for a 5am appointment; was told to check in 1hour prior. Cool thing about this place is you scan a QR code and then check in online, so I woke up at 4am and was able to check in without getting out of bed 😅

Given door at 0415, backed in 0425, out the gate with paperwork at 0455 🙂

7pm appointment! Arrived 20 min early. Was told by the receiving guy an hour he'll text me. 8pm I checked.he said another 12 pallets need to be made. 1.5 hours more.
1030pm another 20 min. Asked if I can back in. Sure I'll have them load what is ready. Loading stopped for awhile.
11:30pm checked. He left for the night. New guy pulls up. Checks. Says another 2 hours at least!. Minimum 7 hour delay. Could of been at destination 1am in Ohio. Very unprofessional by receiving!!! Us truckers don't have the option to just go home and leave the problems behind until tomorrow. Profit gone!!! Could of left and showered at truck stop if notified properly.

9pm appt, saw the warnings from other reviews not to show up early so I arrived at 8:50. Checked in at office by door 7 and got a text to back into a door within 10mins. I was loaded and rolling by 10pm. Plenty of space to maneuver. Overnight parking is allowed.

TRUCK DRIVERS: Once you enter the property, drive to the back of the building and park by the curb. Check in by Dock 7. You will need to fill out a check-in form on the tablet. You need pick up number and destination. Loading may take anywhere from 15 minutes to few hours depending how busy it is. After 4pm there’s a shift change and theres only one forklift operator so expect long wait times.
