Not a good experience. Check work order and invoices - because they tend to make mistakes and overcharge you by like $1000, lab test results are also questionable and can be unreliable. You may need to try 2nd lab to make sure your results are true. Expensive and not worth the money.

They dry labbed our entire study.

We sent stability samples for label claim verification. At first, the results were very tight, right above our specification. But then we stopped supplying specs on our COC and results varied over 5 orders of magnitude.

Puzzled, we sent a sample with a fake spec and they hit the fake spec right on the money. When we looked at their chromatograms there was no calibration, no quantitative standards and no quality control. There was never a valid method to begin with. Mo is a liar.

My experience with this company has been Poor to say the least. You expect professional lab results and customer service but in return I get a huge bill and worthless results. I couldn’t use their final product and had to find another company to do it right. There is zero accountability for the lack of knowledge for the service they offered me. Don’t wasted your time or money there.
