Me and my friend bought their wireless video otoscope at Las Vegas conference and at first it seemed like an excellent idea. They told me that the scope had two channels- one for viewing the inside of the ear and the other for using a flexible alligator forceps( made and supplied by a third party ). The video otoscope worked good for me and my colleague but the flexible alligator forceps( which is $250 a piece!!) worked for barely 3-4 times. The jaws open but won't close- making the utility of the double channel video otoscope practically useless( regular scopes don't fit either on the video otoscope!!). The sales man did warn us at the time of sale that they are not responsible for the alligator forceps if it stops working and we thought it was just a usual disclosure. Apparently they knew it was a poor quality forceps and now we have both video otoscopes sitting in cabinets gathering dust. They also refused to take those otoscopes back because it had been more than a month. Will not recommend their product to anyone unless they have some warranty on flexible alligator forceps.

Bought several thermometers. Received my shipment so quickly. Was so glad I found them since it’s been so difficult to find them at the stores due to COVID-19!
