ROSE BOWL Bash?
Four of us ordered the exact same thing...,vegie burger or burger, chips & soda which was to be $12.00.
"I was asked cash or credit." I said "cash."
Then I was told they "Only take credit." So I did the credit and then I was told it was "$17."

I was asked if I "Wanted a receipt."Then was told "They don't do them."

I oould not check the amount on my credit card as it was posted until Jan 2...we were the event was on December 31st and I was charged $23.
One person was charged $18, and another $20.
Ummm. A bit confused by the range of prices for the same thing.

Behind the Scenes catered our wedding and the food was amazing! The service at the wedding was very polite and professional and we especially enjoyed working with Kelly. She was very patient with us and working on a plan that fit our budget. Would highly recommend them for your next event!

I had the privilege of working with Behind the Scenes on behalf of the San Diego nonprofit I work for. BTS was highly recommended by our venue (Park & Market) and it was obvious why. From the moment we received their proposal, through the execution of the event, everything was detailed and thoughtfully planned out. The hardest part was narrowing down the menu options because everything looked and sounded scrumptious! My husband and I worked with BTS for our wedding. We selected them as our caterer because of their professionalism and great food selection. We worked directly with Vanessa. She is so kind and always would respond to our emails quickly. At our tastings they always had details to make sure it felt personalized. When the big day came they made our vision come to life! The staff was so kind. They made sure to serve my husband and I a plate with each item we served so that we could try everything, and be fed haha.

Great job for the staff appreciation event at UCSD today! It was crowded, but with 6 or 7 food lines, it was fast & efficient. Everyone was raving about the baklava, and the Greek chicken piccata-like main dish was just excellent. Impressive. Thank you!

BTS was an amazingly disappointing catering provider at the farmers open in San Diego. The service was great by the employees but seemed very disorganized and without direction. BTS seems like they had a lot of trouble with organization on a management level as I found under staffed and no staff precent at some of the service booths with stressed out overworked employees. I will never suggest BTS to anyone and will consider not attending events catered by BTS in the future as the set up quality and consistency of service was so immensely poor and disappointing. I'm not even attending the farmers open tomorrow Sunday due to these issues.
Get your act together I thought this was a professional company.
