This is a fun place to drink with friends. All types of different seating, both inside and out. Full menus of food and drinks available. There are also holiday special drinks too. I really enjoyed the hot spiced cider and the s'more specials for the holiday season. Prices are pretty fair and the food portions are good size. The staff were welcoming. There is also a gift shop including Cutwater drinks and swag.

I checked out Cutwater Tasting Room long ago as a hidden gem in Miramar area, and wow, what a find! The place has this cool, modern vibe that's just perfect for a chill night out. The mixology here is top-notch—the bartenders really know their stuff and craft some amazing cocktails. I tried their Mai Tai and White Russian in a can, and both were absolutely spot on.

But let's not forget the burger. Seriously, it's one of the best I've ever had. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. It pairs perfectly with their cocktails. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home.

If you're in San Diego and looking for a spot with great drinks and even better food, you gotta check out Cutwater Tasting Room. Highly recommend!

Hands freaking down! It's the best restaurant I have ever been to. The tasting is a grand experience. I am not local, so you can take what I say with a grain of salt, but I promise you. You will not be disappointed to come here, especially if you are from other states. Cutwater is #1. Thank you so much! Hope you don't mind I took a photo of the fridge. It's so 😎.

OK service and dog friendly!
The staff could do a much better job at being attentive as over 5 tables sat after us and we weren’t acknowledged until around 15 minutes from being sat.

The food is good and they change their menu from time to time and their happy hour ends is M-F 3-6PM.

Outstanding experience. Cutwater is beautiful and really decorated for the holidays. Food and drinks were great! Service was supreme. And our tasting tour was a lot of fun as was the sampling of quite a variety of alcohol. We will be back for sure.

While the restaurant is very inviting and nicely decorated for Christmas, the food did not live up to the hype. Cutwater is known for strong alcoholic drinks, no disappointment there. However we ordered the roasted Brussel sprouts which came extremely charred and barely tasted like Brussels sprouts, though the cranberry sauce on the side was delicious. We also got the drunken noodles which were not DRUNKEN at all. Very dry ( see picture for the lack of sauce). Lastly we got the ube bread pudding for dessert, which had a very strong ube flavor. I enjoyed that. however the texture wasn't exactly what I wanted. Overall staff had to be flagged down anytime we needed something and a completely average dining experience. Nothing amazing enough to come back. Or maybe we just ordered the wrong things, eat something different off the menu next time.

This place is a must! With great food, delicious drinks, good service and a fun atmosphere, you’ll want to add it to your must go to place.

I ordered the fungi pasta and it was delicious! What was even more tasty was my n/a beverage, my pear lady. Loved it!! My husband got some other drinks and the burger and really liked them as well. We went during the holidays and they had some super fun drink options!

The restaurant was so creatively designed from the outside to inside to even the bathrooms. We will definitely be back when we are in town!
