As a Dentist and Surgeon, I took a long hard look at my diet and daily habits. I wanted to prioritize my health and fitness goals for long term sustainable results. Products I found in the grocery store were just packed with syrups, added sugar and processed ingredients. SD bars don’t have that problem.

I did plenty of research into snacks that can fit into my busy schedule while being clean and SD Bars are the perfect snack between caring for my patients or before morning surf. The ingredients are unprocessed, and the texture/taste combo is not only unique, but delicious!

I first got introduced to San Diego bar couple of years through a gym friend mentioning that he eats during his long workouts for sustained energy..
I tried it and fell in love from the first bite.. it’s super light on the stomach and yet very energy boosting. I highly recommend as a substitute for a pre workout or a good post workout snack to fill you up until you catch your next meal.. love this bar
