Scott, the regional planting crew manager was great he explained to both myself and the crew what and why they were doing different things.
Patrick the planting crew manager was also excellent. His crew were friendly and hard working. The made quick work planting both th tree and the bush.
Nate the equipment operator was very friendly and went the extra mile taking care of removing even more roots.

From the process of purchasing from Shena, to the crew that came out to cut the tree down as well as the crew that ground put the stump this was a great experience.

Kudos to Scott, Patrick and the entire crew.

Moon Valley Nursery is just BRILLIANT! I had a Jacaranda tree planted by them that I had purchased at their Surprise location. The entire experience was simply marvelous; from the initial sale to the planting itself by Aaron & his wonderful, more than able-bodied crew to Victoria, whose impeccable pre and post planting phone calls and conversations more than put me at ease that I was in very good hands throughout the entire experience. Kudos to the entire Team and a sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU for a job SO very well done. I would (and already have!) endorsed them unequivocally! Thank you all again & God Bless ?

We recently purchased two trees at Moon Valley Nursery in Surprise and can't say enough good things about our experience. Jordan, our salesman, was so helpful and knowledgeable, as well as each of the other team members that we encountered. The quality of their inventory shows that this nursery really takes pride in the plants and trees they sell. They go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and that the customer is happy! Will definitely return. Keep up the great work, everyone!

My experience with Moon Valley Nurseries in Surprise was with Jason Smith, very caring, friendly and helpful. We order shrubs and trees. Then came our trees and shrubs, they were delivered by Aaron and his team. These guys were awesome to watch and respectful and helpful to explain what they were doing and what to expect when they were done. Wow is all I can say, we love our yard. We will be back. Thanks guys

Had a great experience with the surprise locations. Purchased some palms that where not doing to great. Was dealing with the landscape designer there designer sheane. She was very helpful in getting our plants switched out with something that looks great by our pool. Really cared about us being happy. Thanks again!

I contacted Moon Valley and sppke with Jordan, about 2 months ago due to my Indian Laurels trees not doing well. I explained that 4 out of the 7 trees we had planted were, in better words, dying. He reassured me that he would help me and do whatever it takes to get the trees where they needed to be. I took photos of the trees and sent them to him so he could see, he said that he needed to come out and see them for himself. He came over that day, maybe 30 minutes from our phone call. Jordan took the time to listen to me and not make judgements on what was wrong with the trees, soil, watering. Jordan even had me turn on our watering system so he could deduct the problem. Jordan was very kind and helpful with making sure I knew the watering times and amounts for these size trees. Unfortunately the trees could not be saved and I did have the warranty to replace them. Jordan didn't want to plant still in the 110 degree heat, so pushes it to the 1 week of October. He picked out beautiful replacement trees and once they were planted he asked for photos of how they looked. He again made sure I knew I could reach out at anytime for help. Just wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond, you definitely love what you do and it really shows in your conversation and actions.
