Recently bought a FS-90,and some other things for the farm. Greatest bunch of equipment dealers I have dealt with in years. Very helpful, very informative, the biggest thing I noticed when I was there was that every single person in the sales area was smiling and moving quickly,with a matter of urgency.Even with 10 plus people in the sales area I was in and out in 30 minutes. Will certainly be doing all my business there from now on.

They have the most incompetent parts department of any place I have ever dealt with. They will tell you they've ordered something or tell you they'll have a part ready for you and just won't do it, or they'll misplace part of an order, or ship it somwhere else. It's ridiculous how they just can't seem to figure out what type of part you need, even with a parts breakdown in front of them. There is ONE person in that department that knows anything, and if you get lucky, he'll show up just in time to save the other parts guy from spinning his wheels going, "uhhh...huuhh...mmmmn..uhhh, duhhh" while he tries to look for the item you requested. If they weren't a johndeere dealer and really the only place in that area, they probably wouldn't be in business. I'm glad that I only have to deal with them when I gotta have something immediately and local. Otherwise I order it from somewhere with a competent staff.
