What an amazing experience! I took my whole family there for a tour yesterday. My 9yo son had a great time of course, but so did my 16yo son! That's rare and special.

The owner, Audrey, is a great storyteller and the tour begins with an epic one. There were laughs and tears, lots of facts about the animals, and a great history of the farm. There was a Q&A session afterwards, with kids and adults alike asking smart questions and receiving excellent answers.

After the opening presentation, we went into the milking barn to learn about that aspect of the business. A demonstration wasn't possible, but there was a lot of info shared and another Q&A session.

After that was the cheese tasting and free time. You can imagine how good the fresh mozzarella was, especially when prepared by an expert!

The tour ended with the highlight of the day - a petting session with the calves! We had been able to interact with the buffalo all day through the fences, which was awesome, but we actually got to go inside the corral for this last part! Audrey explained how to interact with them and everything was perfectly safe. I don't want to write too much about this part because there are some nice surprises that you should discover for yourself!

There was fresh cheese for sale at the end, cash or check only. We obviously brought a bunch home with us. It has a pretty short shelf life so make sure you don't get too carried away.

I had to write this review when I woke up this morning because I spent all last night dreaming about water buffalo!

I haven't been to your farm, Audrey, but I watched your video, and I am touched by the courage to continue what you and Craig started. My best wishes to you, and may the Lord bless you with health and strength to improve and fulfill your goals. We wish you a happy and prosperous year.

One of the most magical dairies that I’ve ever been to! The owner Audrey absolutely loves these buffalo! These animals are gentle and loving. The passion and care that goes into the buffalo can be tasted in their mozzarella. I highly suggest you go on a tour I learned so much about water buffalo. This visit really change my mind about the American dairy system.

The experience was delightful, as always, and the mozzarella is so luscious. It's such fun to get up and personal with the buffalos too. What a fabulous caprese salad we had the next evening! ♥️♥️♥️

What a great unique experience. Booked this for my wife's birthday. If you love animals this is an awesome place to visit. The tour and story was very heartfelt and you can tell Audrey is passionate about saving animals. The water buffalo are so socialized and friendly, they will lick you and beg to be pet, you get pretty much as much time as you want. Expect to step near poo or get slobber on you, you're on a real farm. A little windy and chilly in March, bring a washable jacket. The farm and herds could relocate in a half year if I remember correctly.

Audrey is incredible. She runs the ranch and dairy on her own. She arranged a very special private tour for my family where we got to bottle feed the baby buffalo. It was incredible and would highly recommend a visit. The cheese melts in your mouth. You won't believe how sweet the buffalo are.

I don’t even know where to start, so I’ll say this first…Ramini has been the highlight of our trip thus far. Audrey and her team were warm, kind, and informative. They took their time to explain the inner workings of the farm, raising water buffalo, and making cheese. Audrey spoke from the heart, and her passion for what she does was palpable. Then came the opportunity to brush and pet the buffalo. What can I say? I am in love. They are the most intelligent loving creatures, and we had ample time to spend with them. Finally, the cheese. Oh my gosh - it was delicious! We cannot say enough about Audrey and her beautiful farm!! Will definitely return and highly recommend!
