Great place with a great team! I had been looking for a commercial grade zero turn lawn mower to cut 9 acres with very little knowledge of what I actually needed. When I first called, Kaleb was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining to me all the details that play a role besides just horsepower. Heck, I feel like I was taught a class and now know quit a bit about the different transmissions, etc. When I went to visit the store to look at the mowers, everyone helped me as a team. I spoke with at least four different people all helping me explaining the mowers and showing me products. A couple days later, I made my decision on which products I wanted. They handled everything over the phone so I didn’t have to leave work and stated they would deliver the products to my home that same day. 5pm came and went so I figured they called it a day and would deliver the next day. About 6:30pm, the sales manager pulled up with my items. Very pleased with the whole process. Thank you!

Great small town outdoor resource. I have purchased a tractor and, more recently, a chainsaw big enough to cut some large trees that were downed by a tornado. In both dealings with the sales staff, they understood what I needed and how to deliver. I had shopped around for months for a 4 wheel drive tractor with a front-end loader. This was during a time with limited supply. However, Muddy Waters had what I needed. That 5835R Branson tractor has been a workhorse. Outperforming similar sized tractors from other brands. Enough that my neighbor switched from a green tractor to a Branson. But what's more impressive is the service department. While they had someone who wasn't overly enthusiastic or some would find as rude, the service manager and team are top notch and caring for details. The not so pleasant person is no longer there. So, if that person drove you away, you should come back. I have had a few warranty issues with my tractor and Muddy Waters along with support from Branson have went the extra mile. I can make this a longer post by posting all the details,;however, if you have read this far, Thank you, The team at Muddy Waters outdoors deserve your business and mine.

A big shout out to Muddy Waters Outdoors!! My domestic partner just bout a 4025H Bad Boy tractor with bucket, backhoe, bush hog and 83"×20' car hauling trailer. The customer service from beginning to end was seamless. It was delivered to him in a reasonable time. And, last, but, certainly not least...the BEST price!!! Bought a new TYM 2515H from the crew at Muddy Waters Outdoors and a big shout out to Caleb, Megan and Randy! Caleb for cutting us such a good deal, he was very helpful and informative and made the buying process a real pleasure. Megan for making the financing simple and effortless. She is well versed in her skill set. And to the service manager Randy for making the long drive over a holiday weekend to deliver the tractor and keeping us on schedule. He was very helpful and informative with things on the tractor I was unsure of, and for his personal donation of a clevis making securing the tractor much simpler and safer.
