Was looking for some very hard to find parts for my Massey Ferguson 1423. They knew right away what I was trying to explain. ( I am tractor knowledge challenged) Had it ordered and received quicker than I thought I would have it. The parts were reasonably priced. I have been doing business with Coblentz parts department for years. The guys are very knowledgeable. So when looking for a mower I stopped in to check them out. I spoke with Logan and he showed me what they had. I was wanting a smaller deck than what they had in stock. He checked and told me how long it would take to get it and gave me a very good cash price on the mower. Very satisfied with the experience.

The service team at Coblenz was outstanding in repairing my tractor. Wade kept me up to date on warranty work and My service tech Cody is a flat out genius. He took the time to explain the problem and what he would do to fix it. Brooke contacted me regularly as the work was being completed and made sure I was happy with the work. Their service is absolutely amazing. I had a broken bush hog over the weekend and was going out of town. They met me after hours, took it to their service department fixed it and had it waiting on me as I drove back through Montgomery. This is why I buy all my farm equipment from Coblentz!!!

DO NOT USE their field service. I had them come out on a warranty repair and knew it was going to cost 125.00 for service call but the mechanic could not fix it. I had to transport it back to shop and come to find out it was the PTO safety switch and they still are going charge me for trip out. Will never use them again.
