This place was amazing. It was a suggested gem that a friend of mine wanted to try. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was inviting. My takeout food was perfectly packaged as well. The flavors of my Tom Kha soup and Curry Salmon were impeccable.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant today (03.05.25) around 2 PM. One of your male employees spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. His tone and attitude were inappropriate, making my experience at your establishment highly unpleasant.

I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly, as such behavior is not suitable for a restaurant that values customer service. If this is how guests are treated, it raises serious concerns about the standards of professionalism within your team.

Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your restaurant, and I feel compelled to share this incident with others so they are aware of the level of service they may encounter. I expect this issue to be taken seriously, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.

One of your male employees treated My friend extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. She has already brought this issue to your attention, but I want to reinforce how serious this matter is. We absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly. We got Tom Yum, fried rice and delicious mango sticky rice for dessert. All was fresh, healthy and tasty, definitely will be back! Highly recommend!

I went to Rustic Spoon again for the fourth time in recent months. It never disappoints. The inside is so clean and so charming. The staff and service is spot on. And of course the food is really delicious. My friend really enjoyed her Vietnamese coffee and I had such a great peach tea.
I wanted to give a shout out as more people really need to come to this delightful restaurant.

I couldn’t wait to share my experience dining at Rustic Spoon. The servers are extremely nice and warm to talk with. They are very well versed in the dishes I tried for the first time. Food was so fresh and healthy. To top it off, each item was delicious and each complimented the other. Great atmosphere with customers knowing their servers and everyone looked to be enjoying themselves. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a phenomenal dining experience. Ten out of ten !!!

WOW! The food is really good! The experience of the glass for the Thai ice tea was amazing! No other place has this. The glass was huge and absolutely delicious! The place looks really nice. They did a great job decorating it. My plate was big enough for 2 plates. This is one of my favorite Thai restaurant now. The staff is really nice and a big applause to the Chef 👩🏻‍🍳 it has parking in the back. They always have fresh flowers and candles lit. Such a nice touch!! Makes you feel special and calm
