I bought water "smart" yesterday in LA fitness located on Brand Blvd. I insterted 10$ cash , the water costs 3$ . And it didn't give my money back just any 25 cents like 1.25$.

I called about 1 month ago to report a blown soda can that was sold to me by the vending machine. I was told I would receive a call. No call. Called 2 weeks later and told the same thing. Today as I approach Ventura County Medical Center to get my pre cancer treatment snack the vending machine charged my popcorn and double charged me 5 dollars. That is 10 extra dollars on top of my purchase! I have yet to hear from this place. I called and they are not answering. I will update via review.
