I was shopping for new business insurance company 3 months ago and a friend of mine referred me to Alex with Farmers. His office staff was very helpful and fast to respond , he was able to offer me a bigger coverage for less money than my old insurance. I was very happy with my coverage and last week I switched my home and cars to farmers as well and got an awesome bundle deal.

I would NOT recommend this branch of Farmer's insurance to anyone. Incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional. In January of 2024, Alex took over my deceased father's home insurance policy. Shortly after he took over the account, I decided I was going to cancel the policy as I had insured the home with a different agent under my name. I contacted Alex and requested to cancel the policy, then proceeded to submit all the necessary documents to cancel it. I had to follow up via email twice to get an answer, but I was called and told it had been canceled. I even called back several days later and again was told it had been canceled, great! Until I get notice in March that my Mortgage Company has sent out another check to Alex for a policy renewal. I immediately reached out to my mortgage company asking if the issue was on their side. It was not. This is when I began reaching out to Alex again. Multiple emails with no response back over the course of weeks. Calling his office several times leaving a message occasionally but other times mailbox is full. Zero contact despite having made multiple attempts to contact him for weeks. I finally got a call back from one of the other individuals in his office 3 days ago after once again attempting to call Alex. We set a phone meeting for the next day 3pm to speak with Alex, but when that day came I was told he was running late so I rescheduled for the next day. Next day comes and no answer when I call, no callbacks, voicemail full, no emails, nothing. I finally got my policy canceled via a helpful Farmers support assistant and a few hours on the phone. This entire experience has left me feeling incredibly disrespected and has wasted over 15 hours of my life.
