Nasty bottom of barrel attitude workers who have no place in the Farmer’s market. Overpriced meat with arrogant butchers made a perfect recipe for a pile of garbage. The less than dirt that you see in the picture was so disrespectful to everyone who were waiting including myself when I did nothing to him. Right on the other side is a better place that you can buy.

I went by early Wednesday to buy a steak and did not know which one to buy. It was a little busy so I patiently waited and the gentlemen took the time to explain to me the different options and even offered me one he was running a special on. I followed his cooking instructions and had one of the best steaks I have made! The quality is the best in the city and will be returning!

I’ve been going to this butcher for about 10 years. The quality is the best I can find and the prices are very comparable to grocery stores. It’s really a great deal when you consider the quality is so much better. The staff are all very knowledgeable.

The short ribs I got from there smelled off and tasted similarly off. Didn’t make me sick though. The grassfed steak was okay, but didn’t taste good in my opinion. Wouldn’t get meat from them again.

Louie had amazing customer service. He helped me with an online order I placed over a month ago. As well as printed out my order & explained how my order was ready the day I picked for pick up. This place is hands down my go-to place for beef. Not only top quality products but the staff of highly skilled butchers also have spot-on tips on how to perfectly cook your purchase. I go there weekly, for years. Highly recommend!

I miss being able to shop here the quality is so fantastic and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. When I fly home we stop by and grab something to cook up. I wish we had this in North Carolina.

Omgsh where do I even begin?! The price is great and they have such a wide variety! From free range, organic chicken to turkeys and even rabbits!!! Last but certainly not least- It feels good knowing that I am feeding my family good quality product.
