The absolute worst experience shopping for shoes of my entire life. The staff was rude. They had a promotion but apparently it wasn't for white or black Crocs. They tried to get one over on their patrons. I will never return to this store as long as I live. I would rather go to Walmart and pay $10 for their type of sandals then spend $60 in a store where I was treated like human garbage... Their staff was garbage. Rude. Avoid the store.

Maybe I’m spoiled after shopping at many of the luxury stores around town, but the customer service here is very subpar. Requests for assistance were treated like an inconvenience. As a first time Crocs buyer, I wanted to know how they were supposed to fit. This required a simple glance as I tried on the shoe to tell me what size would be best for me. It took forever to retrieve an employee for assistance as none seemed interested in assisting any customers. Ended up with a pair that was a size too small for max comfort. Too many kids without proper training in customer service. I’ll check out the other Crocs location IF I’m interested in buying another pair.

Buy some shoes and jibbitz. One of the Jibbitz is broken. Go back the next day and get told once it leaves the store it’s not their problem. I press a little and get told they have nothing to do with jibbitz and they can’t help me. Look up jibbitz on Google and it takes you to the crocs site. Very poor customer service. Buy online, at least you get a return policy.

I give this store a 1 star because I had to rate it otherwise I would have gave it a 0. This store had failed me and my family, as we was shopping to get ready for our family vacation my daughter had end of passing out in the store not one store person came to ask if we needed any medical help or if we was even okay, they was more worried about getting the shoes from us as if we was going to steal them, I felt so offended, angry, and embarrassed. The young kids that work there just care about working with there friends, the customer service is very poor they barely greet you, and if they don’t have your shoe size they don’t look anywhere else for you. I will not give this store more of my money!

The website for this specific location is terrible, I'm not sure if it's run by Crocs or Premium Outlets but either way, both should have enough money to invest into a better site. It's slow, doesn't load and keeps freezing. I tried on several different devices and had the same issue.

Worst cuatomer service. The male manager was not even interested in none of my concerns. Told me if I wanted to go to the other store to purchase my crocs I could. I most defiantly will. Everyone should visit the south outlet stores instead, customer service there is the best. I wasted my time comming here. Never will I ever come to this store.
