Delicious food and beyond amazing service. I got the baked potato with brisket. It was enough for 2-3 meals. Meat was tender and the potato was cooked spot on. Customer service was by far the best I've seen. Went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. Definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner.

One of the best out there! Other restaurants need to take notes on the quality of food at Full Moon Bar-B-Que! I've been taking my Filipina Wife around to experience food since her arrival in the states 2 months ago and never want to let her down. Full Moon Bar-B-Que, job well done! Thank you!

You could smell the smoked meats as soon as you walked in! That's how you know it's a great BBQ joint. I ordered a large catering order and Christine and her team took great care of us. If you're looking for great BBQ and service in the afternoon, head to the Full Moon!!

Someone in Sylacauga told me this would be a great place to eat. He was right! I had the pork and brisket combo with greens and deviled eggs. I was asked by a KC friend to report out on "Alabama White" sauce. I was so busy enjoying the good food that I didn't want to stop and type about the sauce. ?

The greens had an excellent flavor. The meat was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

The seating was fast food style. But this is a BBQ place. I wasn't expecting a tablecloth. ?

We have been fans of the full moon and loyal customers since it opened on highway 280. It has never been the same since the fire but last night was the last straw. We went to dinner about 6:30 yesterday afternoon. Upon entering there was a huge mess of dirty plates. Stacked up right at the door. There was no one in line. We waited approximately 4 minutes before we were even acknowledged. I ordered the catfish and after another few minutes I was told that someone had forgotten to take the catfish out of the freezer and it was unavailable. I ordered a draft beer but they were unable to get the tap to work properly. They did give me my money back on that. I had to settle for the chopped pork plate. It was terrible. The pork was extremely dry and only lukewarm. The okra apparently had been cooked earlier in the week and held under a warming lamp. It was both overcooked and yet gummy. My wife's macaroni and cheese was so gummy that it was difficult to get it off the plate. Her fried green tomatoes were burnt black on the bottom. The only decent part of the meal was the beans. We bought a bag of cookies to take home. Upon leaving, all of the dirty dishes were still piled up at the entrance. When we got home the cookies were rock hard and apparently months old. It is so sad to see a once good restaurant serves food such as this. Needless to say we are done with the full moon.

Whatever you’re paying Christine double it.
She is the sweetest human ever.
DoorDash messed up our order so we called full moon and Christine personally met me in Chelsea with a whole new order plus MORE.
She really turned our night around.

I’m serious this woman needs a raise.

I hardly ever see good customer service anymore and this was a fresh fresh reminder of how good people can be!

I’m shocked that this restaurant has gone down a lot! Since last year. I ordered the half rib platter. It was terrible! The Mac and cheese definitely came out of a box stove top! The collard greens were greasy. And the ribs were so salty I couldn’t eat them! I had to throw the whole thing away!
