Chicken fingers, cheeseburgers, fries, shakes and sundaes were good when we went. Even though I didn't finish my meal because half way through eating I found a hair in my chk fingers. The young man who took our order was very pleasant, however sometime during our meal he went on break and when we finished our meal my husband went to the counter to get our ice-cream and the only lady we could see, she had long braids, just ignored my husband and wouldn't even acknowledge him and he had to stand there and wait a good while for the pleasant young man to come back from break to even be acknowledged.

My husband and I stopped at this location to get a frozen treat on a hot summer day. The customer service was awful. While trying to order, I was constantly being interrupted by the order taker and the employees were very rude on the headset. The one taking my order was a young lady with pink hair. I think the GM of this location needs to teach his or her employees customer service skills. We will not go back to this location because this is the second time we have experienced bad customer service. I will not be going back to this location. This location needs to stop send automated messages and actually reach out to the customers. This company needs to be shutdown.

This may be the worst location I have ever been to. I’m pretty sure I paid for another person’s meal as well as mine. I didn’t feel like arguing for another hour to get it fixed. They are rude and they just threw my large order of cheese curds into my chicken tender box with the fries. This location should be closed.

We decided to stop in for a frozen treat. The first encounter with the drive-thru rep was horrible, but we decided to try it again Friday night. I didn't think it could get worse, but it did. To the point we decided to drive away without finishing the order. If you don't like people, then don't work where people are.

I have given this Dairy Queen multiple tries. Every time I come my blizzards are liquid and not fully mixed. Today, I had a cake pickup and it was not ready and the employees didn’t even know that there was a cake pickup for today. The employees then refused to write happy birthday on the cake. I’m just hoping the cake tastes good.

Went 17 minutes before they were closed and no one answered the door(locked), the window, or the drive-through speaker to place an order. Sign on The Door says they close at 10 PM and workers were there and no one acknowledged us. Will not be back.

Everyone who has said this is the worst Dairy Queen is correct. They are always out of certain supplies, which I am starting to believe is a strategic method to scam customers out of more money, the staff is rude, and the food is always cold. I had an awful experience not too long ago where I was overcharged and given the wrong meal, which I expressed to the manager of this location and I have yet to receive any response. They do not care about anything other than robbing people of their money. I will never be back.

Absolutely awful. Been here 2 times in the past 2 weeks. Never again. We were told by numerous people not to go but decided to try it again. Service was awful. Felt like we were bothering them by being there. Doors on one side of building were locked at 6:45pm. We were told dining room was closed so had to take our food to go. Waited a very long time to give order and then even longer to receive it. If someone doesn’t pay attention to this store it will have to go out of business. Awful!
