First time going to a city bowl location and it’s safe to say that this is now my new favorite açaí bowl place. The staff were kind and patient and the açaí bowls were fantastic. Give this location a try if you haven’t already!

The bowls are made fresh, so there is always a brief wait, but well worth it! Usually, when I place an online order though, my order ready is by the time I arrive. Great tasting bowls, so I visit here once or twice a month!

Get ready for a burst of flavor!! The Hulk bowl was so delicious. This was my first time visiting but it won’t be my last. I didn’t know what to expect but I like that there were so many options. The line was long but the cashier was so sweet and she answered every question I had patiently, she gave me some suggestions, and even described different options with a smile.

I came in after a workout to get a protein bowl. The Powerhouse bowl was phenomenal! Peanut butter, Nutella and fruit was the highlight. The staff was friendly, the store clean and lots of seating. I will be frequenting on my visits to Birmingham!

Have been to this establishment 3 times prior to today. 2 of those visits I ordered 2 8 oz bowls and asked that they be put in a 12 oz bowl so my elderly mom could mix it up, and the lady was nice enough to do it. Today I asked for the same and a guy, presumably the manager, said no, we won't do that. I will not spend money where there are no accommodations for elderly people.

This was just the pick me up I needed after being in Birmingham for my husband’s upcoming transplant surgery. They were so helpful with this being my first “smoothie bowl experience” and recommended the BHAM bowl. It was amazing! Thankful this is just steps away from our airbnb and looking forward to many more trips!

Ordered to go online and had someone pick it up. Nowhere does it clarify that if you remove granola you get less product. Basically bought a 16oz bowl and got more like a 12oz bowl. Otherwise was good.
