The absolute worst customer service I've experienced. Was told more than once they would be right with me. Well an hour later I'm still walking around lost because there aren't prices on anything. I had a $960 dollar budget as that. Had the big fella that stays in the office with light colored hair been there, it would of been different. Last time I go on a Saturday if I ever go back.

Good people, good material. The ONE negative reviewer as of this writing was simply at the wrong place. This place basically serves the landscape industry. If you are a homeowner and know what you want it's awesome. Send a list with size, type, variety etc and it will be waiting.
Call up wanting a conversation about what already died in the spot you want to plant, or what a hydrangea costs at Lowes and you become the person ordering a medium well Big Mac at 12:05.

When we approach the area (fence) we were greeted by a man named Rob, he wanted to know what we were looking for. We weren't sure but he helped us so much and guide us to the right direction. Also we got some pointers on what to do with the shrubs we have now.
Rob: very nice friendly, easy to talk to and understanding.
I don't usually post reviews unless I'm very unsatisfied or satisfied. In this case we were satisfied and left with more knowledge of what we wanted.

Me and my wife were very pleased with customer service at TotalScape Farms. The quality of their merchandise is amazing and the selection like no other. The gentleman that assisted us was extremely knowledgeable about each plant we purchased. I reccomend that everyone come by TotalScape and gave the same experience we had.

Called to check availability of large order of plants I needed for event (60+) ... after asking a few questions the guy told me it was spring and he didn't have time for a twenty minute conversation! Alrighty then! I hung up and took my $2,500.00 bill somewhere else.

Know what you want. Don't waste their time. They're great, but they're busy. They're not geared towards walk-in business, but you might be able to trade with them if you already have a plan.
