Walked into this dealership with my service dog and a little red headed twerp from the sales department approached me and without asking if my dog was a service dog TELLS ME TO LEAVE !!
It’s difficult to believe that in this day and age that there is backwoods people in our society that are so IGNORANT !!
This type of behavior needs to be addressed and exposed so other people don’t experience it again,,,not only is this behavior the essence of ignorance but is also ILLEGAL.
Also my prepaid parts were not complete in the package when the parts person indicated all the parts were there,
So when i got home there was missing parts !
In all the years of dealing with several different JD dealers the Santa Maria JD location is by far the WORST EVER !!!
