I regret to share that my recent visit to your Italian restaurant did not meet expectations regarding the authenticity of the cuisine. While the service was commendable with attentive and friendly staff, the overall atmosphere and culinary offerings were disappointing. The ambiance was marred by excessively loud classical music, and there was a persistent musty odor reminiscent of a poorly ventilated basement.

Regarding the food, the salads presented another concern; the mozzarella used had an off texture, resembling old cottage cheese rather than the fresh, creamy quality expected. The juices offered were overly diluted, lacking in flavor due to an excessive addition of water. Additionally, the green salad was quite inedible with overly large, and in some cases, rotten leaves.

These culinary missteps were unfortunately compounded by pasta dishes that were far from enjoyable, and main dishes like lamb and fish that, while passable, did not carry any Italian authenticity.

I would suggest revisiting the menu and perhaps consulting with a specialist in Italian cuisine to ensure that the dishes offered are true to their roots. Horrible service. After the order was taken, the server ignored us and didn't check to see if we needed anything else. After we finished eating it took over half an over for them to bring us the bill. Then when we were finally given the bill it was wrong; they were going to charge us for other customers' food. Then when I checked my credit card bill a few days later I found a second charge for over $93. Somehow they charged my card twice, once for our meal, and once for someone else's meal. Unbelievable! Zero stars.

What a quaint, nice Italian restaurant. The food is very good, and all the ingredients feel really fresh. Donna was an amazing and super friendly server, and the owner came and made sure we were happy. Will be back again for sure, super tasty.

It was definitely an off night at Bella Cucina. 6:30 reservation and didn't leave until 9 pm. The alarm was beeping for more than 90 minutes, and the staff had no idea how to turn it off. The food was good but should have been warmer. I'm not sure I'll be back.

Beautiful restaurant went for my birthday. Luca was so welcoming and friendly with everyone that walked in the door. Food was great. Our waitress was sweet and quick to get whatever we needed. Excellent we will be back. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of eating here recently and was amazed by the food and the service. Chef Luca is so passionate about everything he does. The food was exquisite and the service was top notch. Our party left there so stuffed and we were treated like kings. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place!

First time here and I give it five stars we dined in and sat in the patio, atmosphere was really beautiful and clean throughout, the food was amazing i got the seafood picata and my bf got the chicken Picata, they were both delicious cooked to perfection, this made me feel like I was actually eating at a restaurant in Italy, I definitely recommend this place Five Stars.

Amazing Italian place. Ask for Toumadi to serve and you will be greeted by an authentic Italian. He has such a great personality. And the food... The food is absolutely spectacular. You MUST have the chicken Valdostana. It's really my most favorite dish there.

Update as of June 2024 - honestly, Bella is a shining star in Santa Clarita. Sure there are other places to go but IMHO I cannot ignore the amazing food, the great service and quite literally the atmosphere. Come to eat and you will see that the many regulars are there for a reason. Because the food is great and unless you are snob, you will realize that patrons know each other. Says a lot. Try it, you will see. Some reviewers are obviously nitpicking, and so can I. But I gloss over them because I love the place and have loved it for over 15 years.
