We highly recommend All About Water (Ryan and Jesse) if you are looking for a beautiful, well-built, functioning water feature. All About Water is a professionally-run, high quality business. They provide written and accurate estimates and listen to the customer’s ideas and inputs
to create a feature that is not only beautiful, but works and will last. Ryan would describe the plans in detail, answer any questions, and provide a realistic time and budget. His work is creative and beautiful while designed to be as low maintenance and long lasting as possible.

Ryan and Jesse (business partner and wife) are a rare combination of competent and ethical business people, passionate artists/constructors, and wonderful to have working in your backyard. We are happy to speak with anyone about our project if you send your contact information through Ryan or Jesse. We are thoroughly enjoying our stream, bog filter and Koi pond! Wonderful company, wonderful work!

8/6/24 update: this company had only five reviews over the past year, but since I left my 1-star review, there have been two additional 5-star reviews posted within just three days.

8/5/24 update: they're now threatening legal action due to this one-star review.

In my opinion, a few things to consider before contacting All About Water:

1. Their estimate was higher than another company.

2. They missed the first appointment due to rain, but I didn’t receive a rescheduling notification until the following Monday. They should have informed me on the same day.

3. There’s a $160 service charge before I can get an estimate for the project, which wasn’t mentioned during the initial phone call. I received a free estimate from another company.

Very happy with my experience with All About Water. Had some repairs I needed on my irrigation system as well as a “wish list” of changes since I added some flower beds and such. Ryan was super knowledgeable, a great communicator, and super friendly. Helped walk me through everything they were going to do, and provided expert advice along the way when it came to the things I wanted to do. He made great additional suggestions along the way explaining how it would benefit the overall system and water usage each time. I would highly recommend this company for new installs (though this isn’t what I did) or repairs, changes, and updates you’d like to make to your system. Looking forward to a great season with my changes! Thanks again, Ryan!

All About Water LLC helped restore my pond & bring it back to life. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable & thorough. They also truly care about fish, and their rates are very competitive. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for anything to do with my pond or irrigation. I highly recommend them. They've gone above and beyond for me repeatedly -including showing up almost immediately (even though I am about an hour away from them) for two pond emergencies I've had. I'll be hiring All About Water LLC as long as I have a pond for all related to it, and I continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Ryan and his wife were amazingly prompt and helpful. They worked with us to meet our needs and fit it all within our planned budget. I tried to hire the company to replace the liner in a waterfall. I contacted them in November. They were busy and I patiently waited.

November to January. They were supposed to start work first week of January. They didn’t show up because of the snow. Finally, a couple of weeks later Ryan showed up and worked for a couple of hours.

Then he disappeared for weeks and I didn’t hear from them. They were not responsive to texts and emails. They didn’t want to commit to any time frame.

Finally, I got a quote from them on first of February. Again, no commitment to any time frame. By that time I found another company. I don’t know how long this would have taken. This is very unreliable.
