I recently worked with McCauley Agricultural & Pest Control for plant health care services to treat some trees for fruit reduction, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nick, the technician who came out, was fantastic!

I had a great experience with McCauley Ag & Pest, thanks to Jacob! He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the treatment process. He treated all key areas, including the walkways, driveway, and around doors and windows, and even de-webbed the reachable eaves. I really appreciated that he moved everything near the walls and steps to ensure complete coverage. Jacob’s attention to detail and excellent service made the process smooth and stress-free. Nick and Jordan visited our house today, Wednesday, 26 February 2025. They rang the doorbell, and identified themselves, showing their company badges. They were very professional. I have 3 wooden gates that take extra effort to ensure they latch. Most tech "close" the gates but they don't latch. As a result, I get animals and strangers roaming in my lot. They took care of my trees, and rang my doorbell when they were finished. I would sincerely appreciate it if Nick and Jordan could be assigned to take care of my trees, from now on.

McCauley has been great to work with. We had an ant problem and the front office staff was very helpful and friendly. Jock came out and took care of business. Haven’t had an ant problem since he’s been here. Jock was great, he’s very thorough, made sure our pets were safe, friendly and very respectful of our house. I highly recommend McCauley Pest Control and Jock!

I highly recommend McCauley, and if possible, ask for Arturo—you won’t be disappointed! Arturo is an outstanding representative of the company. His communication is top-notch and he is always a pleasure to talk to. I appreciate how he sends a reminder text the day before, including the time frame for his arrival, and he is consistently punctual. Arturo is also incredibly flexible, accommodating any changes I might need with the schedule, which is so helpful. McCauley is lucky to have such a reliable and professional team member!

Super happy with McCauley. Spoke with Gail and she was very personable and helpful with scheduling me. It's been 2 months since the initial spray and I called because of ants coming in during the heatwave. I wish I had called sooner. David is my technician and very friendly and prompt, as well as efficient and great at communicating. I highly recommend McCauley.

Have had wonderful service with McCauley. We’ve had a couple techs come by, all of which are very friendly and on time. Ted has been our most recent and he is quick and reliable, and Always calls the day before to confirm which I find very helpful.
