We will never take our meat to be cut, seasoned, smoked and packed anywhere else. We have been going here for years now and never have we had a problem with their packaging. Super important when you are freezing meat. Our most recent trip was to pick up our pig, we went with a lot of bacon, sausage and a ton of smoked. The way they do their smoked pork chops are unmatched, seriously chefs kiss if you cook in a cast iron skillet. Their staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable, if you aren’t sure what you want they will help you get the most out of your meat. What’s great about this place also is that they have plenty of their own meat they sell. So if you don’t have meat for them to prepare they have plenty for you to choose from of their own. Highly recommend the beef jerky also!

Great experience from start to finish. I ordered my cow and hog from stemple creek and was a littler nervous because I live in orange, Ca and there 8 hours away. I wish my butcher down here still did full animal butchery but electric city doesn’t. Anyways from start to finish Willowside did an amazing from communicating with me to holding the meat until I arrived. One of the best thing is they did some very custom cuts for myself and my family. Once all my meat is consumed I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you again everyone at willowside.

The meat is DELICIOUS and prices are a lot more reasonable here than your local supermarket. The meat is FRESH and I will be coming back for more especially during holiday season! They have great tasting marinated meats! The Owner is the nicest person you will ever come across and also competes in Meat Competitions! Championship awards on the wall for his meats! Worth the drive from The Bay area!

Coming back from the coast on Guerneville road and just out of nowhere decided to stop at Willowside Meats, just to take a look.
Man-O-Man what a treat it is to walk into an old school butcher like Willowside! Everything tempted me but I had limited space in my cooler and I wasn't going to drive to Napa with unrefrigerated meat. The one thing I couldn't walk away from was the fresh pork loin, it was big and had a nice thick fat cap on it, it's so nice to see butchers leave the fat on larger cuts..and for that matter all cuts of meat! I cut a 4.5 pound end off the lion, put it in a wet cure for 10 days, let it air dry in the fridge for a day then smoked it at 240f until the inside got to 145f
Well, what I have here is Black Forest Ham....it's Amazing! And it all started at Willowside Meats!
Well...I went back and got a big fat pork belly...that's right Pilgrim, after a quick brine in just the right stuff, I smoked it! Now, I've got what I call bacon...Ummmm....Good! And it all started at Willowside Meats! ☆☆☆☆☆

Willowside cut, smoked and wrapped 2 of our hogs. We are extremely pleased. The bacon had an awesome smoke flavor and just the right salt! We had one of the smoked hams the other night, so yummy. Thank you everyone at Willowside for the perfect experience!

They have a lot of different types of sausages including alligator. It’s one of my favorites from them. They also have Wagyu two different types. They’re super good I recommend them. They’re very affordable too.

Picked up a beautiful brisket today. Called all over SR and Willowside was the only place with a full brisket. And had the best price! My daughter has been buying from this butcher for years and I’m a now a devoted customer. The in-stock fresh frozen selection was amazing, whatever you’ve looking for from a butcher they have it, and the customer service was terrific. Highly recommend.
