If you actually need to use your tractor, do not purchase one from Fredricks Outdoor . I purchased a 1626 last year and within days the tilt function no longer worked. I dropped it off on Jan 3rd, and didn't get it back until Jul 9th. They did call me in March to tell me it was done. Drove an hour down and back to pick it up only to find out they hadn't fixed the problem, so I had to load it back up and take it back to them. To make matters worse, the customer service has been abysmal. They say they'll look into it and get back to me, but they never do. The only solution offered is "sorry bub, just wait longer".

29 Aug 2024 update
The tractor has been delivered back to me on 4 seperate occasions but quit working with hours of being told it was fixed. As of this date, it's back in the shop with no estimated completion date. It's been in the shop for close to 9 months with no indication that I will get it back anytime soon. I'll be getting rid of this tractor as fast as I can when/if the work is completed. Do yourself a favor and splurge for a John Deere or a Kubota!

Reached out again and still no tractor and no idea when it will be done. I've finally decided to make a complaint with the better business bureau. After not having the tractor for 10 months, I just want my money back so I can get a better brand that works.

16 Oct 24 update
After a rather unpleasant conversation with the owner, the tractor was returned to me after allegedly being fixed on 10 Oct. I attempted to bush hog over the weekend only to find out the issue has not been resolved. Tractor was returned to the shop on 14 Oct. I don't suspect I'll see it again before the 1st of the year. That will make a full 12 months that POS has been in the shop. The biggest issue aside from the fact that no one seems qualified to actually fix the tractor and the owner doesnt really seem to care, is that it takes months to get any parts from Mahindra. This has been the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. I'm sure they're will be more updates to follow.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I took my Mahindra tractor, purchased from the Fredricks down the road, in there for what should have been fairly straight forward work for them. A oil change/service, PTO seal and a power steering seal. The latter two of which were warranty work. They told me they were a bit behind and it could potentially be a month. I accepted that and left it. Four and half months later, I finally got it back. And that's because I them that I was coming to get it whether it's done or not. It was done and they hadn't let me know. Communication is of the lowest priority here. NO ONE will let you know a thing about your unit unless you get Tom Fredrick himself involved. I was told on three different occasions throughout the months that it was next in..."going in the shop tomorrow". I even told them to just tell me that you are overwhelmed and I will come and get it, no hard feelings. Nope, it's next in the shop. All lies. Do yourself a favor, and find the next closest Mahindra place for your services. I sure will be.

I have a 40 year old Yanmar 180. I needed a turnbuckle for lower link & some radiator hoses. No dealer could help me, but lady at Lanier Outdoor Equipment in Commerce, Ga. gave me your number. I was shocked you had parts I needed. Thanks!!

Service department is going downhill-takes forever for tractor repairs and then they don't fix or address all the things that needed fixing. Front end loader still will not tilt down.

Excellent sales staff.
Greg Brown helped to get the exact Mahindra tractor I needed. Reasonable pricing.
Easy ,low pressure transaction. Tractor was in great condition upon delivery to CA. I highly recommend Fredricks and especially Greg Brown for his honest, easy approach to a large, out of state purchase.

They had the part I needed on hand. Operating hours can be a little bit of a problem for folks with day jobs.

I waited to leave these guys a review until order and sale was complete. Their parts guys ordered me the wrong part over the phone i told them exact model number of the tractor multiple times and they still send me the wrong part. They tell me i pay for return shipping to get my money back on a 22$ part. Not good bussiness or customer service. I typically order 500 to 1000 dollars worth of parts every year and refer a good bussiness to a lot of farmers near me and i thought about givin this company a try. Well i hope your return policy is worth the loss off bussiness....

I purchased my Bad Boy Mower from them in 2011 and got a really good deal. They are friendly and helpful and I have sent two friends to their store who wanted a Bad Boy. My deck lift actuator failed and I bought a replacement part from them today. The service was great and they provide help in answering my questions about installation of the part. Hood place to do business.
