Very poor service by the manager tonight. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. He intentionally put the center core of the lettuce on my sandwich after he didn't like me stating to him they should charge the same for a meal when they're out of an ingredient such as tomatoes. No being petty, but they gladly increased the price of my drink when upsizing. But, won't take off price for no tomato, then put a core of lettuce on my sandwich. Very unprofessional. The photo was taken after I threw it out in the parking lot being I was frustrated with the customer service. Just to note, I was very kind when I mentioned this and told them it was no big deal, just something that should be considered. I'd never thought anything else about it, if I were not given a sandwich with lettuce that isn't edible.

They were amazing. I went right after work. Around 9 A.M. I server breakfast constantly so the idea of breakfast food made me sick. They went out of their way to fix something for me. To fix what I wanted with amazing attitudes, accommodations, and with smiles the entire time. Both, the drive through girl and cook deserve props!!!
It was perfect and I am very appreciative for them. Thank you guys.

I was the only car in drive thru. They were rushing half wrapped my sandwich and the fries weren't very warm. The looked closed at first glance I was pulling away anoticed the back door was opened. I think my fries should have been made to order piping hot. The youngman at the window was very nice. Dinner on Mothers Day

if you are thinking about Burger King for lunch at this location, you can just forget about it. They only have one person working in your order is not going to be correct.. I can't believe how bad Burger King has a corporation has gone down the toilet.

Pretty good location with good parking and easy access. They technically have two drive lanes but they don't use one and have it blocked off. Strange decision since the screen is partially broken on the one they DO use. ? The teenager who took and delivered my order also was not properly wearing his mask. The food was good.

Very rude and unprofessional. Placed order and was told to pull around. Pulled around behind 2 other vehicles to 1st window. No 1 there. After vehicles in front picked up order I went to pick up window. I was told I would have to go back around, get in line and pick my order up at window ( where no 1 was at).. acted just like they could care less if I visit this establishment. Well, you got it.. I will never be back and I live less than 2 miles from it. So sad that Harpersville residents have to put up with such

Come to eat breakfast at 8am. Main reason we come here is because of the awesome playground for my toddlers. Well it's closed. Why? Cause at 12pm it is supposed to start raining and could be dangerous.

Let me reiterate. We can't play on the playground at 8am because it is going to rain in 4 hours.

So now, my toddlers are upset and crying in the back of my car while we go elsewhere.

Like everywhere else, Burger King is also not open on the inside. The other morning I went there to get breakfast and their drink machine was out, credit card machine wasn't working, and they were actually Having trouble turning the light on because of some power service interruption. What has happened to this country?
