I found this restaurant 3 years ago and have been here many times. The past 2 times the food was awful. I called and asked if they had a different cook and the girl said no.. I do not believe that because today the pot pie and cream corn I had went in the trash. IT seemed there was a whole box of cornstarch in the corn and the crust on the pot pie was actually tough and it was tasteless. I won't throw my money away again.
2/22/24....Went against my promise. Went back again today but until they get a new cook I promise I won't be back. My okra was greasy and almost burned. The northern beans seemed to be too salty like the last Lima beans I had there. Cornbread wasn't good anymore either. I hate this because it's so convenient but since the cook left maybe a year or more ago it's just not good. I'd rather have a good food truck outside and the owner get a cut of what they sell and people could come in and buy drinks and dessert if somebody could just make a decent dessert. That may be a challenge to just make a good dessert. Now back to Cullman for lunch. All the high reviews seem to be along time ago.

The service this morning was very poor!!!! The young lady didn't greet me or ask how many I help you she just looked over the food counter and stared at us and I greeted her and told her what I wanted and she didn't even ask us there anything else you would like, she just sat my gravy and biscuit to the side and proceeded to go pick up a little boy that was behind the counter and another older lady had to ask if there was anything else I needed. If you are going to have children working in your establishment make sure they are professional!!!!

The store is clean. The employees are friendly. But..... the food is not good. I just got some breakfast at 9:30am. The food has timed out. Its burnt as well. $17 for 2 hash browns, 2 pizza sticks, 1 tornada, half a piece of burnt bologna, 3 pieces of burnt half dollar size smoke sausage.... over charged for sure... wont be getting anything else from the deli in this store again.

The lady with the short blonde hair is racist. I greeted her and she acted as if I wasn't even there. Never going back there again and I spend 400 on gas every two weeks.

Okay place but the cashier & workers are very rude and down right disrespectful to SOME customers. I was standing in line the clerk rung up a mexican guy he stated he didn’t want any meat. She then said good keep your burritos! Wth why so mean and blatantly racist. I wont be going back to this exxon. The large companies need to start vetting these people they let invest in there franchises because now I wont be visiting anymore Exxons.

There are not enough words that can be said about the employees or the amazing food here! It's like a great little restaurant in a store. Food is always fresh made and their chicken salad wraps are to die for!!!!! I work in the area a lot and it's my go #1 stop.
