I called to ask about flea treatments for my dog. I was immediately put on hold and stayed on hold for 30 minuets until I gave up and hung the phone up. Did she forget about my call? Did she not think it was important enough to give me any service whatsoever? Who knows? I sure don't because I was cut off from the get go. Won't ever spend a penny with this store. Tighten up people! We, the customers , are what keeps you in business and secures your job!

They are trusted and have been there for a long time. My husband had a last minute issue with a baby calf and needed some supplies. He showed up just as Johnathan was closing up. He was happy to help. I can’t explain to you the quality and how valuable the customer service was. He was knowledgeable and very helpful and got us taken care of immediately. We will definitely continue to buy from them and refer everyone to them.

Lady at the counter was rude and answered all my questions as if I was a complete idiot! Five different people that worked there walked by me, and not a single one acknowledged my presence. One person was still out front when I was leaving and completely disregarded my extremely loud “Have a nice day!” before I left. I will never go back.
